  • Handle customer complaints and spot patterns in customer dissatisfaction and report back.

  • Manage LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and WhatsApp Business, launch Social Media ads and scheduled posts, answer inquiries on social media pages or website contact forms, and create occasion and event calendars.

  • Manage asynchronous and synchronous communication channels s to ensure one version of truth across all forums.
